In addition to the main stage at the Halifax Convention Centre, H2O is offering another presentation opportunity: Spotlight Sessions, providing a unique opportunity to present your company/organization/initiatives. New this year, the Spotlight Sessions theatre will feature a water-filled demo tank for on-site demonstrations in the Exhibit Hall.

Spotlight presentations will take place on the industry showcase trade show floor and offer an unparalleled marketing opportunity to promote the products, services and/or technologies offered by your company/organization. The Spotlight presentation area will include a podium, sound system, large format monitor/laptop, and new this year demo tank for on-site demonstrations. Spotlight sessions will focus on innovation, company technologies, and start-ups.
Prices for this marketing opportunity are: 5 minutes for $200; 10 minutes for $350; and 15 minutes for $500. Spotlight presentations will run concurrently with networking breaks/lunches. Session attendance is voluntary and is influenced by the needs and interests of the participants. Limited opportunities are available, and all Spotlight presentations are subject to committee approval.
Spotlight Format
Presentation length ranges from 5 to 15 minutes and fees are based on duration.
Spotlight General Guidelines
To be considered, presentations must be submitted electronically via the online application form (see button below). The submission deadline is Friday, May 22, 2026.
All presenters must be registered for the H2O Conference.
Preparing Your Spotlight Presentation Submission
Your presentation submission must include the following:
title of the session
session description (100 words max.)
name(s) of presenter(s)
presenter(s) position and organization/affiliation
length of presentation (5,10 or 15 minutes)
Please single-space your submission.
The official operating language of this conference is English, and we ask that all presentations are submitted in adherence with this.
Spotlight Presentation Acceptance
Presenters will be notified of their presentation acceptance as soon as possible. Selected presenters will be contacted by the conference coordinator regarding logistics and to pay the presentation fee.
